HOW TO CHOOSE A TOLL FREE (INBOUND) NUMBER

There are 3 basic steps to setting up your toll free:

• Choose the actual toll free number - whether random or chosen by you. Many people like their toll free number to spell something or have the same prefix as their traditional number. Be Forewarned that specialized numbers may cost more.

• Choose a "Ring to" Number. A Ring to number is the actual phone number which the toll free number would ring into. Examples would be your home phone number, your cell phone number, or your office phone number. You can change your ring to number with most carriers, but not your toll free number.

• Choose your inbound rate. Inbound rates per minute are usually the same rate as an outbound call. Your choice of carrier will decide your inbound rate per minute.
